Pre Need Advice
The public are generally unaware of what is required and involved when arranging a funeral. An informal discussion, pre need, can be helpful. We can give you all the advice you need to understand the requirements, whether they be for a burial or cremation service, and to answer any questions you may have. A phone call or a visit can reassure the person concerned, both with regard to what is involved and likewise the costs.
Pre Need Funeral Arrangements
We are continuously being asked to visit people regarding pre need arrangements, to commit to paper details and specific requests for a particular Funeral Service. Some people record everything, only omitting the details that are not known. A record of these arrangements are kept at our office in a special file, and is only removed if details are changed or when death occurs.
"Aftercare" - Bereavement Counselling
All of us have to face personal bereavement sometime in our lives, how to cope, understand and come to terms with it is of course personal to each of us. Sometimes it is difficult to cope, and some outside assistance may be helpful. It may be that your close family and friends may be too near to the problem to assist and understand. Should you require our assistance, then please call us and we will arrange a personal visit in private to your home, and make arrangements for further visits should you feel you need them.
