Having never had to organise a funeral before I was terrified. Everyone says”there is so much to do”
I can honestly say that Tansy and TW Boorman made the whole experience so much easier for me.
Tansy took time to get to know me and all about my late Mum. She then matched the perfect Celebrant to conduct the service for me.
I was kept informed every step of the way and was guided gently to making decisions that suited my Family.
Although it is an awful thing to have to do I am just so thankful that I chose T W Boorman. I can’t thank them enough for their understanding, kindness and support at such a difficult time.

My first experience with T W Boorman. My family and I had a warm and welcoming experience with them. They made us feel at ease from start to end. They looked after my husband in the chapel of rest.
The day of the funeral went as planned cannot fault any of the staff. I would like to say a big thank you from myself and my family.

Sam was empathetic and clearly guided us through the entire process with clarity and humour when appropriate. She dealt with our vagueness and mind changing without any hint of complaint and was a pleasure to deal with at a difficult time. She also identified a perfect celebrant (Jess) for the funeral.

From the very start T W Boorman made the process of arranging our mother's funeral extremely easy, managing all aspects of the arrangements in a professional and respectful manner. Tansy, who we dealt, with was always able to answer our questions in a patient and friendly manner. No request seemed too much trouble.
Laura and her team also demonstrated this friendly and yet respectful approach on the day of the funeral. We felt very reassured by having chosen T W Boorman to help at this difficult time. We could not fault them and highly recommend their services.

My mother reached the age of 100 before her death. The care the staff at T W Boorman took from the moment they were engaged to look after my mother, through to the funeral service was professional, personal and full of sympathy and understanding of what our needs were. We could not have wished for a better send off for my mother. Thank you.

My family and I can highly recommend TW Boorman. From a practical point of view they are very easy to communicate with on phone and email, they were fast acting and also good value for money compared to other funeral directors in the area. From an emotional point of view they were sensitive, listened to our requests intently and supported our plan. They kept us updated every step of the way to ensure our loved one was kept safe and cared for. Sam dealt with our package and I am very grateful for her patience and understanding in all our questions and requests. Thank you for taking such good care of us all at such a difficult time.

From day one Tansy at Boormans was amazing helping me through the process after unexpected loosing my son at the age of 22.
She talked us through everything from day one, was very patient with my million questions and took all the pressure off me by dealing with everybody and everything. Nothing was a problem. On the day of the funeral we had Laura with us who again was absolutely amazing,
even the driver of our car was so kind and helpful.
The funeral by both Boormans and the celebrant they reccomended was all I could want given the situation. I couldn't have asked for more.
Even after the funeral they have continued to support and help me through the final parts of the process.
I honestly could not have got better than I did and am so grateful.
