This is a hard review to write. So I’d like to start with how special TW Boorman have been for our family. I first met Sam at TW Boorman in 2022 after the passing of my Father. The care and attention this company gave was truly exceptional. They even arranged a special VW Camper Bus instead of a regular hearse. My father always loved the VW Bus & actually owned 2 over his lifetime. So when the day came it bought a very happy smile to everyone.
In 2025, my dear Mother passed away and we knew we’d go back to see Sam to help us again. And again they went the extra mile, from everything to the music and service. Everything was perfect and this time Sam arranged a White horse drawn hearse with two beautiful White Horses. It’s was beautiful and the sun even came out. I was very surprised when we drove to the cemetery as the coach & horses stopped everyone watching, and even passing some roadworks, all the workman crossed themselves & removed their work hats. It was something you’d only experience once in a lifetime.
So I can happily say, when that awful day comes when we have to say goodbye, TW Boorman will make it that much easier and bring a little smile to an always sad day.

Dealing with a funeral has been a challenge for me, however , the support I have received from the team has been exceptional. They make it clear that Boorman’s role is to enable you to offload the stress from the situation, which they did. I would strongly recommend them.

During a very difficult time in my life I sought solace from the friendly, sympathetic voice of Sam and I’m glad that I did. After my Mum’s death I was heartbroken and didn’t know where to turn, but she gently and unhurriedly guided me through my options and put things in place for me meaning I could spend more time discussing the service with the fantastic celebrant Sam had recommended. I was kept in touch with proceedings and when the day finally arrived, I was met by the immaculately presented funeral director and her pall bearers with my Mum’s coffin beautifully delivered in a pristine hearse. For the saddest day of my life I was so happy that TW Boorman and Sam were able to make it go so smoothly. Thank you.

Tansy and her team were absolutely fantastic in guiding us the process to say ‘Goodbye” to our mother after 99 years of a well lived life.
Not only did they take care of the funeral arrangements they also guided us through the official process of registering the death.
Their attention to detail was amazing and the respect they showed Mum on her journey to the Crematorium was touching.
We cannot thank them enough.

T w boorman provided a professional, warm emphatic service from start to finish for my late father. Tansy the funeral director at the tonbridge branch was extremely helpful and lead me all the way through the funeral process answering all my questions I had very quickly all the way up to the main day of the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble to ask . I would certainly recommend TW boorman if you want to give your loved ones the goodbye they deserve.
