We used TW Boorman to look after Mum when she had passed away and to take her to the Crematorium for us to say our final goodbye.

Tansy in the Tonbridge office was my primary contact and she helped me with the practical arrangements and ensured that everything was in place for the cremation. Tansy's professionalism and helpful manner throughout as we subsequently fine tuned the arrangements were much appreciated and she was a pleasure to deal with.

The day of the funeral was very well managed by Ian and his team who showed absolute courtesy, respect and professionalism and everything went to plan.

The coffin was smoothly and professionally delivered to the front of the Chapel of rest and my only observation for future funeral's would be that greater consideration should be given to the the height differences between the individual pall bearers.

TW Boorman were kind, thoughtful, and superbly organised. My brother and I felt we could completely rely on them throughout the process, from first meeting them to the conclusion of the beautifully organised funeral. They had a calm, empathetic efficiency which was just what we needed.

Thank you on behalf of the whole family for all your hard work. Your care and attention to detail was second to none. You have led us through this difficult time very professionally. The coordination with getting all the components together and liaising with Tim took a lot of stress from us. The flowers, coffin and order of service were very nice and your turnout at the church, very smart.
It was nice that Ian heard what I said about the nice spot for the grave and the sounds of the children. Ian then reiterated those for everyone to hear. Also the wooden urn went very well with the coffin and displayed equal attention and love for both my mum and dad.

Sensitive and efficient from start to finish. Sam at TW Boorman explained everything clearly and was always on hand to answer questions as we led up to our father's service and cremation. The whole team on the day were also behind us all the way and adjusted things when one of our party was running late. They kept us calm and made sure we gave our father a respectful and memorable send off.

This is a hard review to write. So I’d like to start with how special TW Boorman have been for our family. I first met Sam at TW Boorman in 2022 after the passing of my Father. The care and attention this company gave was truly exceptional. They even arranged a special VW Camper Bus instead of a regular hearse. My father always loved the VW Bus & actually owned 2 over his lifetime. So when the day came it bought a very happy smile to everyone.
In 2025, my dear Mother passed away and we knew we’d go back to see Sam to help us again. And again they went the extra mile, from everything to the music and service. Everything was perfect and this time Sam arranged a White horse drawn hearse with two beautiful White Horses. It’s was beautiful and the sun even came out. I was very surprised when we drove to the cemetery as the coach & horses stopped everyone watching, and even passing some roadworks, all the workman crossed themselves & removed their work hats. It was something you’d only experience once in a lifetime.
So I can happily say, when that awful day comes when we have to say goodbye, TW Boorman will make it that much easier and bring a little smile to an always sad day.

Dealing with a funeral has been a challenge for me, however , the support I have received from the team has been exceptional. They make it clear that Boorman’s role is to enable you to offload the stress from the situation, which they did. I would strongly recommend them.
