Community Activities
TW Boorman’s Tunbridge branch has dedicated their window display for a month to local charity Mental Health Resource.
The charity provides a place for people to go who have mental health needs or who have been affected by someone who has mental health.
They have been established since 1993 and have helped thousands of people through their time, the work they do is amazing and providing people with support and a place for people to go when they are struggling.
They have cooking arts and crafts and various other activities they also have an allotment in which they take care of. I myself will be helping with volunteering with the cooking and the allotment as they rely on volunteers to help run the hub and these activities. I am looking forward to working with and helping to support them.
